Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956, is an British Canadian actress. Most well-known for her character of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she was nominated for five Emmy Award nominations and the four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the best supporting actor. Her character was the same in the movies Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 2010. Her leading role includes Police Academy, Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 1980s. Kim Cattrall's character on the HBO TV comedy Sex & the City is her most memorable role. The role of Samantha Jones played by noted actress Cattrall was a crucial event in her career. This was more than a hit with the audience within her country of birth, but it also led to her becoming a world-renowned superstar. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She is mostly known for her part in the comedy-drama movie La Dolce Vita. It was a huge critical and commercial success and won an award of the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. Before she began her acting career it was her job to be a Swedish fashion model. She went on to win her first Miss Sweden contest. When she emigrated to the US and was featured in numerous movies as a minor role and her career began to take off. She had her first role in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars as the role of a Venusian. Her first credited role was in Abbott and Co. Go to Mars where she was a guard from Venus.
